🌱 What does Community Engagement 2.0 look like? Inspired by an article by Dr. Dupe Burgess called "9 signs of excellent company work culture" I reflect on the direction to take for authentic and impactful community engagement and impact creation in nature-based solutions projects. In this article, I reflect on how positive community engagement beyond compliance can emerge from embracing integrity principles and shifting corporate mindsets from within. I draw parallels between ▶️ recommendations from the entrepreneurial sector on shaping a positive work culture and ▶️ requirements, indicators, and principles for social safeguards within the high-integrity voluntary carbon market I’m sharing this as a thought-starter and would love to hear from others working in the voluntary carbon market or related fields.
