Focus. Collaborate. Deliver. 🧡 At STIHL, we are taking a bold step by intentionally bringing together capabilities across disciplines to learn from each other and to become faster, more efficient, and more professional in how we deliver digital products. We are leveraging the SAFe framework as a structured toolbox to support this journey, with the clear goal of delivering a consistent premium customer experience. To achieve this, we are establishing an organizational setup that brings together all key capabilities required for digital product development. From business and product management to UX and technology. On March 24, we officially entered this new chapter with our first PI Planning. In this context, I have taken on the responsibility for all Product Owners and their development teams across STIHL’s digital organization. In addition, I’m wearing a second hat as Transformation Lead, helping to guide and shape this change journey. I’m grateful to Malte Turk, Dirk Hauke, and Christoph Vogt for the trust and the opportunity to help shape this journey.
