I had the opportunity to discuss further the recent developments in the reorganization of the Italian network with Rita Querzè from Il Corriere della Sera, giving an overview of the progress in the hiring process that we are undertaking in our domestic network and the inherent challenges of this strategic move. We also touched on the commissioning of a new facility in Northern Italy which will enable us to respond and support the growth of #ecommerce, while at the same time confirming the company's commitment to its customers and team members. However, we cannot do this on our own. We strongly believe that collaboration, dialogue and nurturing the relationships between the institutions and the industry are essential to adapt to the evolving needs of the market.  https://lnkd.in/eQ--MEP
