Business Program Manager Global Pursuit Organisation at Microsoft

After 21 years at Microsoft when the attached picture was taken, it’s time for me to retire and start a new chapter. When I joined, Microsoft was a very different company — and being part of its transformation over the past two decades has been a privilege I’ll always be grateful for. Along the way, I was fortunate to witness (and contribute in my own small way to) some truly defining moments: - The shift from on‑premises software to the cloud, with Azure and Microsoft 365 fundamentally changing how the world works - Microsoft’s reinvention around openness and collaboration, embracing open source, partnerships, and a growth mindset - The move into the AI era, where platforms like Copilot are reshaping how we think about productivity, creativity, and impact What mattered even more than the technology, though, were the people. I’m deeply thankful to everyone who worked with me, for me, and who mentored me along the way. The daily conversations with inspiring people — very often smarter than me — challenged me, stretched my thinking, and helped me achieve far more than I ever imagined when I started this journey. Professionally and personally, I grew because of you. I also had the chance to work in many roles, travel the world, and build friendships across continents — experiences that shaped not just my career, but who I am today. While I’m retiring from Microsoft, I’m not retiring from curiosity, learning, or staying connected. The memories, lessons, and relationships from these 21 years will stay with me wherever the next adventure leads. Thank you for the trust, the collaboration, the challenges, the laughter — and for being part of an unforgettable journey. Here’s to what’s next 🌍 #Grateful #Retirement #Microsoft #Leadership #Mentorship #NewChapter #ThankYou
