Liberating intelligent people from unintelligent work. Value creation through agentic engineering, AI, and automation.
Thanks to Tobias Höllwarth & Oliver Lindlbauer from Sourcing International for having me at this year's Frühlingsforum. Three very different talks, one common thread: the line between science fiction and Tuesday morning is getting blurry. Emily Kate Genatowski brought a humanoid robot named Tova on stage. Christian Tauber gave an honest reality check on where humanoid robotics actually creates value today. And I got to show what happens when you stop treating AI as a tool and start designing systems that make decisions on their own. One slide that stuck with people after the talk: In Europe, you can get fired for using AI agents at work. In China, employees are expected to automate one task per day. Miss too many days and you're out. Same technology. Opposite reaction. That contrast says more about where we are than any market report. The window for building is open now. The question is not whether agents will reshape organizations. The question is whether you are designing yours or just watching it happen.
