What crazy weeks after Expo Real! 🚀 After seven years of working on this project in #Salzburg, we’re beyond proud to have concluded it together with Midstad and tristar Hotels, paired with the Kimpton brand from InterContinental Hotels & Resorts — marking the first franchised property for Kimpton worldwide. 🌍✨ And just yesterday, another highlight: we successfully found a new operating partner for the iconic Hotel Savoyen Vienna — joining forces with MHP Hotel AG under the legendary Sheraton Hotels & Resorts brand by Marriott International , now finally arriving in Vienna! 🏨 A huge shout-out to the many people involved over the past years and months who made these two incredible deals happen — Kevin Dr. Meyer, Iris Welteke, Julia Cloppenburg, Christina Locher, Jochen Weishaupt, Robert Suga, Robert van der Graaf, Daniel Bowen, Franziska Weissbarth, Markus Lehnert, Tim Zeichhardt, and our amazing team at PKF hospitality group, especially Anna Bröring, Lisa Cronau and Christian N Walter for their continuous drive and support, as well as to two of our former employees Gabriela Bašovska and Pauline Vayrac who were instrumental in both deals. 💪🙌 Exciting times ahead — and a few more deals already lining up for this year.
