First 100 days are already over? 🫣 Anke Jahnel-Faber asked me last week whether it's now time for my first 100 days update. That came a bit of a shock and after a bit of calculating I figured out that it's already more than 100 days since I started as Head of Academy & Talent at MAN Truck & Bus SE. I have collected a few pictures below: from my direct Academy-Team (thanks to all of you for making this such a fun ride 😀), my boss Hubert Altschaeffl and my direct colleagues in the People & Culture team, and our L&D team on Volkswagen Level with Franz Strukelj and Maren Kabowski. Not to forget of course our Academy-Team at Traton with Victoria Bucher and Rebecca Fahrnholz. Thanks for all the warm welcomes and introductions into the world of learning ☺️. Also a big thank you for all the time our Academy team invested into explaining me everything. Thank you all!! Now it's time go back to work and focus on our priorities: driving the cultural transformation at MAN (Ariadna Olivé), identifying the best talents for our future (Johanna Obry), enabling our entire organisation for the use of data & AI (Julia Meinhard & Martina Dubiel), and truly exciting our customers through our business unit academies (Ilona Peusch).
