Fine Dining @ Jens Madsens THE CLOUD by Käfer with my dear partners and friends of WEFRA GROUP, Sabrina Weckmer, Alexander Weckmer, René Frank.  CHAPEAU to Grandmaster Jens Madsen and his fabulous team, it was a feast of all senses, a dinner of imagination ❤️‍🔥 !! In June 2025, the BMW WELT Gourmet Restaurant by Käfer reopened with a new culinary concept in a brand new design: THE CLOUD, now under the culinary direction of Top Chef Jens Madsen. The "old" Fine Dining Restaurant ESSZIMMER run by Star Chef Bobby Bräuer closed at New Year's Eve in 2024. In just six months of time for completion, this refurbishment was quite a challenge for all participants, that's why we are happy and proud to be part of the great team!
