One of a host of complaints against Swansea University: The Swansea University appeals procedure stipulates that staff subject to disciplinary procedures have three weeks to appeal (I can supply you with evidence). However, as part of an appeal, the defendant must by law be allowed freedom of information to documents concerning him withheld as part of that procedure. Typically that information is returned only after FOUR WEEKS. The defendant consequently is unable to defend himself as he should be entitled. Please see: https://lnkd.in/eVfJf_fk (20 working days includes four weekends, hence 28 days). This breaches the 'fundamental right' to a fair trial which is articulated in Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights. This right applies to both criminal charges and the determination of civil rights and obligations.
