Fifty page document presented to the Parliamentary Ombudsman as supported by my local MP (actually a Minister, T. Bell) regarding institutional failures at Swansea University. A 12-month process ahead: 1>   Questions of leadership need to be addressed -failed intercalary communication, scapegoating, written injunctions not personal contact. 2>   Disciplinary proceedings need to be addressed: frivolous and malicious accusations (from which staff should be protected by policy P2021-  881/884), no aim to resolve problems internally, but rather seek to inculpate by blowing up out of proportion, failure to bring sides together, or reconcile parties; relying on private and unchallenged denunciations. One-sided. 2b> university neglecting statutory provisions (staff training in free speech, race & equality, autism) 2c> Failure to follow their own disciplinary recommendations (Occupational Health) 2d> False charges, and fabrication of evidence. 3> failure to abide by ‘alternatives to dismissal’ (Capability/Misconduct) provisions and failure to follow statutory ACAS recommendations; 4>Perverting the promotion procedures. 5> Institutional discrimination. 6> Failure to encourage lecturers to produce new courses via warped LTC committees; 7> warped, one-sided, secretive and harassing subterfuge personal investigations. 8> Lying and perjury to investigative committees; 9> Financial corruption and discrimination on research awards; 10> Segregation; 11> Gas-lighting (a form of emotional abuse that can happen in relationships); 12>misuse of capability proceedings; 13>Failure to observe rights to secondment (Flexiwork Regulation of 2014); 14> Failure to afford rights to a fair trial (art. 6 of the ECHR); 15> Failure to reasonably support academic freedom as enshrined in UNESCO, Magna Charta Universitatum, art. 10 of ECHR, art. 43 of HEFSA (2023). 16> failure to recognise autism and other behavioural and mental health issues via statutory educative staff courses; 17> Data withholding and breaching of ICO injunctions on fair redaction of documentation; 18> Failure to provide contract (breach of contract); 19> failure to abide by injunctions of four Occupational Health reports; 20> removal of library books without consultation; 21> Failures to comply with current Free speech stipulations.
