PSTN, SIP Trunk, provisioning, UCaaS … WHAAAAT!?!?!? ...All things I had never even heard of six months ago. Back in September 2025, I joined STARFACE GmbH, part of Gamma as a Strategic Product Manager and stepped into a -for me- completely new industry. Six months later, I took a moment to reflect on what has honestly been quite a crazy ride so far — and two things really stand out: 1. Starting in a new industry within an international group is challenging at first. There is simply so much to learn, so many new faces, structures, and topics to understand. 2. Being surrounded by supportive and great people makes all the difference! Without the help and openness of colleagues, finding your way in a new environment would be much harder. So a really big shout-out and honest thank you to everyone who has been incredibly supportive over the last six months. Thanks for the warm welcome within the STARFACE GmbH Product Management team and to many great colleagues from Gamma especially Hanna Peinsipp, Macarena Palau, Onno Speekenbrink, Richard James, Richard Ablitt Jacqueline Stacey Gerhard Wenderoth.. and many more! And a big thank you as well to Christoph Scheuermann for hiring me and Martin König for being an awesome team lead :-D I’m very much looking forward to the exciting launches ahead this year (Stay Tuned :-)) — and to everything that’s still to come on this journey. #newJob #morefun
