Hey shawty, it's my birthsday. 🎂 Well, it actually is. Again. Third birthsday newsletter and life has certainly changed, but in a lot of ways remained wonderfully the same. We say the only constant is change, well I think there are two constants. Change and people. People are the secret sauce that makes changes easier to live with.
