Our College is committed to ensuring our staff remain informed and skilled in the latest evidence-based strategies that promote successful learning for all students. Ongoing professional development is central to this commitment, supporting teachers to create accessible, engaging, and inclusive learning environments. Most recently, Paul Borkowski led a professional learning session introducing our tiered model of accessibility support. The recent focus on Tier 1 strategies equipped staff with practical skills to help students use accessibility functions on their devices, enabling them to fully participate in learning tasks and effectively demonstrate their understanding of key content. Through this continued professional learning, we ensure that every student has the tools and support they need to thrive.
