📘Proud to have contributed to a very timely Special AI Issue coordinated by TIERED at Sciences Po. 🧭In a two-page updated synthesis, I outline how EU public agencies can—for now—rely on traditional administrative tools (clear notice, meaningful explanation, real contestation channels, human support) to deploy AI while safeguarding the Right to an Effective Remedy. The piece builds on my 2023 analysis as a student. We first presented the core ideas in February at the “AI and Democracy” conference held alongside the Action AI Summit at Sciences Po. Thank you Marie-Hélène Caitucoli, PhD for your coordination and help these past few months.
