Once a quarter, we come together as one StatSoft team to reflect and look ahead. Last Wednesday, we took the time to review the past three months: what we learned, where we made progress, and what we want to focus on next. These quarterly sessions are an important part of how we align our strategy, sharpen our priorities and prepare for the months ahead. For several years now, our Quarterlies have been led and moderated by Jörg Jelden, who has become an essential part of these sessions and the way we create focus and momentum as a team. And because good teamwork is built on more than meetings, we also celebrated our summer event afterwards at Bash Rooms Hamburg. Great atmosphere, great host, brilliant games, strong teams and plenty of energy. This is what strategy, team building and working at StatSoft can feel like: focused, collaborative and genuinely fun.
