📦 A Day in the Life of a Logistics Coordinator in Luxury E-commerce & Domestic Operations Working as a Logistics Coordinator for Richemont c/o DHL Global Forwarding has given me a firsthand understanding of the complexity behind every shipment that reaches a customer on time. My day-to-day responsibilities go far beyond moving products from one location to another. They involve coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring customs compliance, managing shipment visibility, updating SAP, ERP, GTS, and Dubai Trade systems, resolving shipment discrepancies, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring exceptional customer service for some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands.
