FerryHawks pitcher, Jack Mahoney is heading to the Athletics organization! The lefty struck out 41 batters over six appearances, including a dominant six-inning, two-hit shutout against Long Island on May 25. After years of hard work and development across MLB Partner Leagues, he now earns his first opportunity in affiliated baseball with the A's High-A affiliate, Lansing Lugnuts. Mahoney is the second FerryHawk to have his contract purchased this season, joining fellow left-hander Brennen Oxford, who was signed by the Minnesota Twins organization earlier this year. https://lnkd.in/ebFUyTpB
