This first week, our new batch kicked things off with two foundational workshops. š š£šæš¼šÆš¹š²šŗ š¦š½š®š°š² šš š½š¹š¼šæš®šš¶š¼š» šŖš¼šæšøššµš¼š½ Hosted at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH for Entrepreneurship at HM Munich, led by Almira Selin Kahya, participants immersed themselves in the user perspective, developed personas, identified real needs and pain points, and reframed challenges into clear, actionable problem statements. Beyond the frameworks, the batch also got to know each other and formed the teams they will work with throughout the Sprint. š” šš±š²š®šš¶š¼š» šŖš¼šæšøššµš¼š½ Led by Sebastian Schuon, MD of Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM), co-founder of Stylight (ā¬80M exit) and Alasco, and founder of Schub, a Munich-based venture builder. Sebastian shared firsthand how he approaches ideation and startup building. Afterwards, teams came together for their first brainstorming sessions and started identifying the problems they want to tackle during the Sprint. A strong start to the Sprint and the beginning of shaping real entrepreneurial solutions š
