Last year we pulled entrepreneurship out of the classroom and built a program for cracked people who 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 want to found. Not cosplay it with slides. We built START Labs. And now we and OneAIM are back with 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝘀: 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. And look. We've noticed a few more "lean, no-workshop, 8-week build programs" popping up since last time. That’s great tho🫶 Keep reading and take some notes. Here's how you design a program for cracked, busy students. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. 10–15 hours a week. You have homework. You have a job. You have that one friend who wants to hang out. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺𝘀. Not a classroom case study. MedTech and healthcare orgs with problems who need a solution really really bad. 𝗧𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗽𝘀. You pitch, you get roasted, you cry a little, you improve, you ship. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁. Your solution gets in front of decision-makers.
