Throughout March, we’re recognizing International Women’s Day all month long. As part of celebrating the voices and unique perspectives of our women team members across the organization, we’re continuing to dive in and find out what this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” means to them. Megan Blackburn, Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, shared what “Give to Gain” means to her. As a co-chair of the Women Who Lead Business Resource Group, she explains how it is helping foster a culture of learning and belonging while supporting future female leaders.
