We’re concluding with Bev Taylor, Senior Manager of Mobile Services. Bev explains why this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” resonates deeply with how she leads. For Bev, it means investing in people through mentorship, sponsorship, and shared leadership, knowing that when others grow, the impact scales far beyond what any one leader can achieve. As a co-chair of the Women Who Lead Business Resource Group, she believes that through communities like Women Who Lead, generosity, allyship, and collaboration aren’t just values; they’re catalysts for progress, equity, and better business outcomes.
