We are pleased to announce the appointment of Francesco Nagari as Group Financial Control and Reporting Director, joining from 1 May 2026. With more than 30 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, as a Global IFRS Insurance Leader at one of the largest professional networks, he brings exceptional technical expertise, industry insight and leadership at a key time for our business. Francesco has previously held this position on an interim basis since 1 July 2025. In his position, alongside the delivery of accurate, compliant and insightful financial reporting, Francesco will play a key role in advancing our Sustainability reporting agenda and leading the adoption of AI across Finance to drive greater efficiency and more informed decision-making.
