Trustee boards haven’t always reflected the people they serve. That’s starting to change. At the Pensions Management Institute Annual Conference 2026, our Trustee Accelerator Programme (TAP) graduates were recognised as 'Trustee Ready', with the award presented by Donna Walsh, Head of Master Trust & IGC Governance at Standard Life. We've welcomed our first trustee graduate, Priya Kainth, to the Standard Life Master Trust Board. Dean Dennis, Tom Dibble and Danielle Devoy CA have also taken on roles across key board sub-committees to continue their learning. A broader mix of views leads to better outcomes and supports our aim to make pensions clearer, more inclusive and more relevant to how people live today. #ForTheLifeWeLive
