We’re pleased to announce that Roger Willis has been appointed Director of Sales – Americas, reporting to Grant Perry, VP Sales – Americas. Roger steps into this role with 28 years of experience at StandardAero, supporting customers across North and South America on key engine platforms including CFM LEAP-1A, LEAP-1B and CFM56-7B. Most recently serving as Director, APU Programs in Maryville, TN, Roger has built strong customer relationships and a deep understanding of our operations over the course of his career. Beginning as a mechanic after earning his Powerplant License from Baker’s School of Aeronautics, Roger brings a well-rounded perspective to the role, including prior leadership experience as Director of Operations at Tinker Air Force Base. Roger’s experience and leadership will continue to strengthen support for our customers across the region.
