✨ STAline Spotlight: Chris Antos | Regional Vice President ✨ A Kansas City native raised in a tight-knit family rooted in faith, values, and integrity, Chris Antos has spent more than four decades building a career, and a legacy in the waterworks industry. Chris began his waterworks journey in 1981, starting in the warehouse and working his way into sales and leadership. He also gained valuable experience on the contractor side in project management and estimating, giving him a well-rounded, people-first perspective that continues to shape how he leads today. In 2008, while running a family-owned waterworks company, Chris met Tim Tysinger and Joe Henderson, whose shared values and vision immediately resonated. When the time came to sell the company, the owner trusted Chris’s recommendation, confident that Tim and Joe were the right people to carry the business forward. That decision marked the start of a new chapter built on growth, trust, and lasting relationships. In 2024, and that same alignment led Chris to join STAline Waterworks, where mentoring the next generation and building strong, people-first teams remains a driving passion. Waterworks is truly a family legacy for Chris. His son, Chris, is also part of the waterworks industry, sharing the same passion he learned from his Dad for the business and the people it serves. That legacy also extends to his daughter, Chloe, whose natural passion for numbers came from being involved in inventory, gaining firsthand experience while learning the same values that have defined her father’s career. Outside of work, Chris shares a rich life rooted in strong family and faith. He met his wife, Linda, at 19 years old, and what began as a friendship built the solid foundation for a life they’ve built together. They recently celebrated 41 years of marriage and have two children, Chloe and Chris, and are proudly known as Papou and Yia Yia to their grandchildren. Deeply involved in his church, Chris serves as President of the parish council and attributes his faith for the good in his life. A lifelong Kansas City sports fan, Chris cheers for the Chiefs, Royals and is a devoted KU basketball supporter. He also enjoys cooking; leg of lamb is his specialty. He admits that Linda is the true chef, and her culinary talents shine within their Greek community, especially during festivals where she plays a meaningful role. Looking ahead, when Chris eventually hangs up his waterworks hat, he envisions his days filled, tinkering & restoring classic cars, and his newest project, building an expansive model train setup, and maybe owning a boat again, knowing that time on the water is more than a hobby, it's creating family time, which is most important. Humble, soft spoken, fair and steady, Chris leads by example, earning trust through action, kindness and consistency. We’re proud to have Chris helping to shape the future of STAline Waterworks.
