Last week, our Stahl Campus® welcomed a Product Developer from a leading Swedish fashion house to Waalwijk, Netherlands. Keen to learn more about the leather-making process, the trainee explored production stages, different machinery, leather testing, colour development, and the importance of precise colour matching. During the practical sessions, she created three different articles — aniline, semi-aniline and pigmented — with different topcoats to achieve varying levels of gloss and feel.
