That’s a wrap! SKO 2026! Leaving truly inspired by our mission and strategy for the future! As I reflect on the week and the months of planning that started back in June, one thing stands out: the power of this team. Our goal was to move away from "presenting at" the field and instead build sessions where people could apply, practice, and learn from each other. Seeing that come to life this week was incredible, but what was even more impressive was how this team handled the unexpected. When winter storms grounded flights and shifted our plans, no one panicked. We had backup plans ready, but more importantly, I saw people stay calm and be truly Fearless—jumping in on the fly to ensure a seamless experience for the field. This was a massive, cross-functional lift. For months, our Enablement, Events, PMM, PM, Field CTO, and many Chiefs of Staff teams worked side-by-side. To every single person across these organizations who worked tirelessly behind the scenes—thank you. Your fingerprints were on every success we had this week. My sincere thanks to Matthew Prince,Michelle Zatlyn, Mark Anderson, Mike Ogden for the opportunity to bring this global vision to life. And a huge shoutout to the SKO core team—Sara Richards, Ambreen L., Sasi Murthy, Tracye Shaw, and Valerie Mar. You were the engine behind this success, and I’m so proud of what we built together.
