Our very own Brian Gallop has been nominated for Australian Volunteer of the Year. A highly experienced Volunteer Development Officer and Emergency Medical Technician, Brian has committed almost 30 years of service to emergency response, volunteer training, fundraising and community outreach all over Western Australia. Alongside this, he supports local carers and develops sensory aids for people with dementia and autism. As the current WA Volunteer of the Year, he will represent the state at the national awards ceremony in May in Canberra.
