You'll play an important role in supporting colleagues across SSY's 28 global offices, resolving technical issues, maintaining systems and helping deliver a smooth and reliable IT experience. You'll also contribute to technology projects, support service improvements and collaborate with teams around the world to ensure our IT services continue to evolve and perform at their best. What we're looking for: 👉 Experience working with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. 👉 Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage and prioritise support requests in a busy, fast-paced environment. 👉 A strong understanding of IT security best practices and the importance of protecting business systems and data.
