There's nothing quite like seeing #shipping in action. This week, our SSY Trainees donned their hi-vis and hard hats for a visit to the International Bulk Terminal in Immingham, where they watched the #Kamsarmax bulk carrier mv Puplinge unload a cargo of iron ore destined for use in British Steel's steel production process. It's opportunities like this that help connect the dots between the markets we cover and the real-world operations. A special thank you to the British Steel team for sharing insight into the terminal's logistics, and to the Captain and crew of mv Puplinge for welcoming our trainees on board and offering many of them their first glimpse of life aboard a bulk carrier.
