This summer, SSE will be sponsoring and attending Glasgow Pride on Saturday 18 July and Reading Pride on 5 September. 🏳️‍🌈 We are proud to stand alongside these communities, just as we have in previous years, to celebrate Pride and show our support in a visible, practical way. Inclusion at SSE is about more than moments. Our Inclusion and Diversity Strategy focuses on bringing diversity into SSE, creating a place where people want to stay, and making sure everyone has equal opportunity to progress. That includes mandatory inclusion and diversity learning for all employees, inclusive recruitment practices, and listening closely to our people through our Belonging in SSE communities.
