The SubOrbital Express-5 sounding rocket campaign concluded with a successful flight for the twelve experiments onboard that performed advanced research at 248 kilometers above Earth. Just a few hours after the launch the scientists could analyze their data back in the laboratory, an achievement only possible on sounding rockets using a land based area for landing and recovery. The best place to do this is at #Esrange Space Center in the north of Sweden. Now the scientists will continue their research with the valuable data collected during the microgravity conditions during the flight. We can’t wait to look closer at the results! Want to know more?
