My first week at ServiceNow dropped me straight into the deep end β€” and I wouldn't have it any other way. πŸš€ I joined ServiceNow as Chief Transformation Officer and literally days later found myself at Knowledge 26 in Las Vegas β€” drinking directly from the firehose. Old colleagues, new teammates, partners I've worked with for years, customers I'm just getting to know. All in one place, all in one week. The energy was electric. And the innovations on display? They don't just move the needle β€” they reimagine what enterprise looks like when organizations are freed to focus on what matters most to them. What made it even more meaningful: I got to show up as a practitioner. As someone who's lived the CIO role, navigated transformation from the inside, and felt every one of the friction points these solutions are built to solve. Three things kept coming up in every customer conversation I had: 1. AI Control Tower & AI Sprawl Governance Enterprises are drowning in AI agents. Getting control over AI sprawl β€” while still being able to onboard new digital agents securely and with full context β€” is the issue keeping CIOs up at night. This is the answer. 2.
