Technical Support @ Zapier | Automation & AI Enthusiast | Digital Transformation Strategist

One year at Zapier. Honestly, I still can't believe how fast it's gone. ๐ŸŽ‰ Zapier was a dream company for me long before I actually joined. So when I finally got the offer, I was pumped, but also a little nervous about whether the reality would match the picture I'd built up in my head. Spoiler: it did, and then some. The culture here is something else. People are genuinely kind, they root for each other, and there's this real sense of trust even though we're all scattered across the world working remotely. I didn't expect to feel this connected to a team I've barely met in person. That part surprised me the most. The flexibility has also been a big deal for me. Being a Technical Support Specialist means I get to dig into real problems every day, help people build better workflows, and keep learning constantly. And doing all of that on my own terms, without sacrificing life outside of work, is something I don't take for granted. The highlight of the year though? No question. Getting to fly out to Los Angeles for the Zapier Summit and meet so many teammates face to face. After months of Slack messages and video calls, actually being in the same room, sharing meals and laughs and real conversations, it was something special. I'm really glad I got to experience that. That photo up top was taken at Santa Monica Beach during that trip. Standing there watching the sunset, I remember thinking it was a pretty perfect moment to close out the trip. Grateful for so much this year: - A culture where it's okay to make mistakes and grow through them - The flexibility to do good work from wherever I am - A team that pushes me, supports me, and makes work genuinely fun - All the opportunities to contribute and connect this year Here's to year one, and to whatever comes next. ๐Ÿ™ Zapier is also hiring across different teams right now. If any of this sounds like a place you'd want to be, go check out the open roles:ย https://zapier.com/jobs And if you want to know more about what it's actually like, feel free to DM me anytime.
