8 years ago, I joined Zoho as an immature boy fresh out of college. Today, I look back and realize that these 8 years changed almost everything about me. I’ve grown alongside some incredible shifts in technology. From InVision Studio → Sketch → Figma → now building products with Claude Code. From manually documenting every tiny edge case → to learning that asking the right question to AI is becoming a superpower. From never even imagining remote work as a possibility → to watching virtual collaboration become the norm. But somewhere in between all these industry shifts… life happened too. I went from being a middle-class guy living in a rented home… to moving into our first home. From never having stepped outside the country… to going on my first international trip. From someone anxious about every decision… to someone who has slowly learned to take both success and failure in stride. Careers are strange when you think about it. You join a company to build products. To learn. Maybe just to make money. But somewhere along the way, the company quietly ends up building you too. You grow in ways you never imagined. Through all the highs, lows, chaos, uncertainty, deadlines, launches, mistakes, learnings, friendships, and milestones, this place has been a constant part of my journey.
