Senior Product Designer | Driving Product Decisions in Complex Systems | Enterprise UX, Data & Workflow Design | 30–40% Efficiency Gains

The biggest shift in my career didn’t come from learning more skills—it came from communicating better.” Over time, I realized that communication matters more than capability. You can’t speak the same language with every stakeholder. A developer might care deeply about performance—backend speed, database load, system stability—not necessarily user retention. On the other hand, a product leader is thinking about outcomes—did it solve the user’s problem, did it move the needle, did it drive revenue. Explaining everything from a single “design lens” doesn’t work. Once this clicked, meetings became far less intimidating. Now, before any conversation, I pause and ask: Who am I speaking to, and what matters to them? Small change, bigger impact. Anyone like me?
