After more than 15 years of building and growing Dreamlab, we are officially closing this chapter and beginning our journey as one organization with SEK Security Ecosystem Knowledge. What started with the establishment of Dreamlab Technologies Latam in Chile has evolved into a shared vision with SEK Security Ecosystem Knowledge, culminating in this significant moment. The journey that began with a signing is now complete. This moment transcends a mere transaction; it embodies the people, trust, and years of technical work that made this union possible. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to my partners Javier Perez ☠ 🇨🇱🇨🇭🇴🇲, Rodrigo R., and Fermín Uribe-Echevarría, as well as Garnham Abogados, ANDRES CAVE, and Matthias E. Gasser for their unwavering commitment and support throughout the M&A process. A special acknowledgment goes to Igor Ripoll and Andre Frederico from SEK Security Ecosystem Knowledge and Patria Investments for the trust and opportunity they provided.
