🌊 Deep Blue Dip Fundraiser Spotlight 🌊 Cindy is a youth worker based in West Cork and sees first hand the challenges and struggles that local youth deal with on a daily basis. This work has brought her into contact with young people who have experienced anxiety, depression and multiple life changes and challenges, and knows only too well the importance of adequate and timely support for supporting positive mental health of young people. With a background in outdoor education, and a love of the outdoors and nature, Cindy is an advocate for the healing power of the sea and being immersed in nature.
