In 2025, eight colleagues joined the SPS Hungary Talent Program, combining individual development planning with sessions on communication, problem-solving, motivation, and self-management. A year later, we asked three participants what had changed. Their answers were personal: greater confidence in making decisions, more openness to different perspectives, and stronger relationships with colleagues. The kind of progress that is difficult to capture in a course description, but easy to recognize in how someone approaches their work. Congratulations to everyone who completed the program, and thank you for the commitment, honesty, and energy you brought to it!
