Sunday is ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐ผ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐, a day to recognize and celebrate the contributions, cultures and traditions of First Nations, Inuit and Mรฉtis Peoples. At Sprung, we are grateful for opportunities to work alongside Indigenous communities to help create spaces that bring people together and support community life. ๐ท One example is our collaboration with Bearspaw First Nation, part of the Stoney Nakoda Nation in Alberta. This multi-purpose 15,000-square-foot facility, located on the Eden Valley Reserve, was designed as a gathering place for sports, programs, events and community services. Built primarily by members of the Nation, the facility transformed an unused site into a welcoming community hub where people can connect, learn and participate in activities that strengthen the community. We are proud to recognize the communities we have worked with and the meaningful spaces they continue to build for future generations. ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ about the project at https://lnkd.in/gk8HRSsx #NationalIndigenousPeoplesDay #CommunityBuilding #SprungStructures #BuildFaster #IndigenousCommunities
