Sportswear of Tomorrow is a sportswear manufacturer based in Romania, Europe, serving sportswear brands of all sizes. Around 80% of our customers are based in the European Union, but we also produce for brands located in the United States, Australia and South Africa. As a manufacturing partner that for years has been focused on both teamwear and bulk production, we have built our operations around flexibility. We produce very small runs as well as larger volumes up to 10.000 pieces per style. Our operational preference sits in lower volume production, up to roughly 1.000 pieces per style, where we know we can offer the strongest balance between pricing, speed and production stability. Over the last five years we have seen a visible shift across European manufacturing. Factories around us have closed their doors. Rising labour costs, increasing energy prices and slowing economic growth across Europe have put structural pressure on production. At the same time, many brands have tried to maintain historical pricing structures, expecting factories to absorb these increases without adjustment. For many factory owners this has simply become unsustainable. Since launching over twenty years ago, Sportswear of Tomorrow has always been selective in the brands we work with. Pricing balance has been central to that philosophy. We have consistently worked with partners that understand production economics and that are willing to build long term relationships where both sides retain healthy margins. Today, mid February 2026, while writing this article, I can state with confidence that we have been able to withstand the economic pressure that impacted much of the European manufacturing base. We have continued to invest in our people, in our equipment, and in new technologies that we believe will shape the next phase of sportswear production. Our company operates under Belgian management with a strong focus on staff well being and technical craftsmanship. Over the years our teams have developed the capability to assemble sophisticated, high end sports garments across multiple disciplines including road cycling, running, basketball, soccer, esports and others. The manufacturing landscape is changing rapidly. Cost pressure, demand volatility and personalization requirements are forcing brands to rethink how and where they produce. Factories that remain operational in Europe are those that have adapted structurally rather than those that tried to preserve legacy production models. Sportswear of Tomorrow sits inside that adapted group. Our focus remains on flexible volumes, technical sublimation production, European manufacturing standards and long term partnerships with brands that understand that modern sportswear production requires both operational precision and economic realism.
