🏆 Big news for Indian sports! Telangana has been announced as the host state for the 8th Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG) 2026, set to take place this November. Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, confirmed the announcement — making Telangana the second southern state in three years to host the Games, following Tamil Nadu in 2024. Over 8,000 athletes, officials, and support staff are expected to participate, with the Games arriving right after the Asian Games in Japan — a perfect platform for India's young athletes to shine.
