We are pleased to welcome Anant Badjatya as Group CEO. Anant brings more than two decades of leadership experience across India, the Middle East and Africa, with a track record of building and scaling businesses across energy, industrials, automotive and electric mobility. Most recently, he led lndofast Energy, the IndianOil × SUN Mobility joint venture, helping build one of India's largest battery-swapping networks, serving approximately 90,000 vehicles daily through more than 1,800 stations. As SPIRO continues expanding its electric mobility and energy infrastructure platform, his experience in scaling complex, infrastructure-led businesses will be instrumental in supporting the company's long-term ambitions.
