Spire Hartswood Hospital was awarded a second successful Platinum CAP Award for Housekeeping following the latest unannounced assessment by the Continuous Advancement Programme (CAP). 🏅 The CAP Award programme is regarded as the highest measure of quality in ‘safe best practices’ and services and to have achieved this highest rating from the CAP programme is a testament to the hard work of the housekeeping team and those that support them at the hospital. 🏥 The aim of the assessment is to experience the service being received by the patients, staff, visitors and consultants. The CAP Award is a welcome addition to the Hospital’s excellent healthcare record and its achievements in the fields of patient care.
