Launching with Jun’s, The Chef’s Counter will bring the creativity, craft and heart of one of Dubai’s most loved kitchens directly into our counters, giving the team at Jun’s additional visibility and support beyond the restaurant. By opening up our counter space to chefs and founders, The Chef’s Counter is about using Spinneys’ scale to champion local talent, create new revenue opportunities and help keep the UAE’s independent food scene vibrant and resilient. This is just the start. Each rotation will spotlight a different chef or founder, their products and their story, bringing customers even closer to the people shaping the future of food in our community.
