Nearly 2,500 colleagues came together for StepForward Day, one of the first opportunities for S&P Global employees to contribute to StepForward, a 3-year $10million commitment by S&P Global and the S&P Global Foundation on equipping young individuals with the skills needed to thrive in an AI-driven workforce. A highlight of the day was a global panel discussion featuring Girish Ganesan, Chief People Officer and Bhavesh Dayalji, Chief AI Officer and Kensho CEO, alongside leaders from three StepForward collaborators: the United Nations Youth Office, Generation, and MIT RAISE. They shared inspiring efforts across education, technology and advocacy, exploring how organizations and S&P Global colleagues can help expand access to opportunity for the next generation. Throughout the day, colleagues across 6 regions in Paris, Hyderabad, New York, Mexico City, Islamabad and Cape Town also volunteered their skills with StepForward regional impact collaborators — helping advance real-world solutions that strengthen youth readiness and opportunity.
