It’s been a crazy first two years with Nexus Consulting UK - learning, delivering, failing, stressing out, but loving every minute of it. I think this will be a brilliant job. You’ll have autonomy, support, challenge, and development. And a home life. We’ve seen huge growth in the first two years, so I’m looking for someone to help me take the company to the next level. Bringing new ideas, challenge, fun, and enjoyment to work. Mood hoovers need not apply. Unsure if your situation would work? I’ve got ADHD, three kids (I still do the school runs, coach one of their (u9s) football team, and have never missed an important school or life event for them), a wife that travels further than I do for work and a very needy dog. And it works. Because part of the companies DNA is supporting the best people to do their best work. Parents, carers, partners, and non-negotiable hobbies - all welcome here. We all have lives, consulting shouldn’t be only for those who are happy to be away from their life for 71.4% of the week. But the reality check - we’re far from perfect. Our goal is to be exceptional in everything we do. In the outcomes we deliver, on the return on investment we give, and in the team’s love of coming to work to name a few.
