We're Hiring an " Fleet Team leader " We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to ensure smooth administrative operations within our organization . Responsibilities: - Handling the daily scheduling and assignment of the workload in the garages, both on demand work as well as scheduled Preventative Maintenance. - Monitoring Administrative Report Analysis, Data Integrity, Metrics and Scorecards results in various Fleet systems. - Arrange the repair and maintenance of all the company's tricycles and cars; To change the company car license and car insurance and so on... to schedule the arrangement of drivers and cars, every week to all drivers meeting training; - Logistics experience is preferred; Understand the basic knowledge of the car is preferred, and be serious and responsible for the work. - You have to work every day , your phone has to be on 24 hours a day, Requirements: - Proven experience in a similar role . - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Work Location : October with Transportation .
