Every honest answer to the buyer objections we hear most: "How do I know the data is good?" - Run a sample query before you pay. Every product on Spartera shows real schema and live values during the sample. If you don't trust what you see, don't pay. Most marketplaces won't let you check; we built around the assumption that you should. "What if the seller's database is down?" - Failed queries credit back automatically. We monitor uptime on every product and surface it on the product page. No SLA games. "Is this a data broker?" - No. We don't aggregate, license, repackage, or own the data. Sellers keep their data in their own environments. We're the marketplace and query routing layer. Different category, different legal posture, different math. "Can I integrate this with my warehouse?" - Yes. Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, plus a Python SDK. The query routes from your environment to the seller's; the result lands back in yours. "What does your 20% cut do to seller pricing?" - Sellers price the product, not us. The 80/20 is on Spartera's revenue share, not a markup on the seller's number. If a seller priced a query at $0.50, you pay $0.50. The seller gets $0.40, we keep $0.10. "Can I bring my own data to query against?" - Not yet. We're building it. If you want early access, write us back. If we missed your objection, drop it in the comments - we'll answer publicly. marketplace.spartera.com
