#IBAProcessing ▶️ Incinerator bottom ash is far from a homogeneous material stream. Varying particle sizes, moisture content and material composition make stable processing a real challenge – especially when downstream systems rely on consistent feed conditions. In practice, process stability is defined long before the sorting stage. It depends on how material is prepared, how it is introduced into the system, and how consistently it is handled along the line. Reliable screening enables defined fractions, controlled feeding supports steady process conditions, and uniform material distribution ensures stable downstream performance. At the Berlin Conference on Mineral By-Products and Waste Management (vivis – Thomé-Kozmiensky Verlag GmbH), Thomas Harres will present SPALECK’s latest approaches to these challenges in IBA processing: 🟦 AutoCLEAN self-cleaning screening deck – reducing material build-up during operation 🟦 ActiveFEED infeed hopper – ensuring controlled and even material introduction 🟦 ActiveFLOW feed unit – stabilising and homogenising the material layer downstream 💡 We look forward to exchanging ideas on practical IBA processing solutions at stand 8 in Berlin. #BKMNA #BerlinerKonferenz #IBA #WasteManagement #RecyclingTechnology #MaterialProcessing #CircularEcomony
